Your inquiry
When you submit a form, Estates by Jay stores your name, email, optional phone number, property or search details, timing, message and the page you submitted from in a private website database. Jay uses this information to respond to your request and discuss your real estate needs. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.
Inquiries are saved in Jay’s private dashboard. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled. Jay retains the website copy for follow-up and business records; email estatesbyjay@gmail.com to request access, a correction or deletion.
Property search
The Properties page offers Jay’s eXp search, powered by BoldTrail. The embedded search loads only when you select Load home search; opening the full search also takes you to the provider. Once loaded or opened, that service may process technical information, use cookies, and apply its own privacy policy and registration terms. Search criteria and any information entered there go to that service, not to this website’s inquiry form. Search results open on Jay’s eXp website in a new tab.
Website technology
Estates by Jay uses first-party, cookie-free measurement to count page views, call and text button clicks, email and property-search clicks, and successful inquiries. These counts are stored in this website’s database, separate from inquiry contact details. No analytics cookies, persistent visitor IDs, advertising pixels, session recordings or form contents are collected by this measurement. We record a broad traffic category, such as Google or direct/unknown, rather than full referring URLs or search terms. Counts do not represent unique people, completed calls or completed text messages. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional client-side measurement.
To protect forms from abuse, the server uses temporary one-way network hashes for rate limits and discards expired entries. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry or analytics tables. The hosting provider may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the website. External services have their own privacy practices.
Access for everyone
